In life, there is always a choice between what we should do vs. what we perceive to be a better use of time; with this in mind, it saddens me to say that most of our choices will not be towards personal growth. Instead, an imbalance of the perspective-mind shall take place, a depreciation of value. As we decide to enjoy the moment and have fun, rather than work towards our future. These decisions are based upon a lack of connection between one of three things: maturity, long-term perspective, and overall self-worth. After all, how can we ever hope to achieve greatness if we cannot see ourselves as someone worthy of such a thing? Keep your ideas in check as you work to enhance both your knowledge as well as your craft. If you have an idea and you feel as if you are ready to put everything you have into making it come to be; then nothing shall stop you as you usher through the chaos of life and make your dreams a reality. All great achievements are often from a humble beginning. Never allow your current circumstance to mold your mind into believing you are anything less than great.
